Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how adgensy (“we”, “us”, the “Service”, available at www.adgensy.com) collects, uses, stores and protects your information. adgensy connects your advertising and analytics accounts to AI assistants so you can analyze them and, only with your explicit approval, make changes.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
- OAuth tokens: access and refresh tokens for the accounts you connect (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta).
- Advertising and analytics data: campaign, keyword, search term, audience, conversion, analytics and organic search data, retrieved live from your connected accounts when you or your AI assistant request it.
- Conversations: messages you send to the adgensy built-in assistant and the proposals and change logs it creates.
- AI client connections: which AI assistants (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) you authorized, their scopes and last-used time.
2. Google user data and scopes
We request the following Google scopes, each only to provide the related feature:
auth/adwords— read your Google Ads accounts and, only with your explicit approval, apply changes.auth/analytics.readonly— read Google Analytics 4 reports and configuration.auth/webmasters.readonly— read Search Console performance and URL inspection data.auth/tagmanager.edit.containers,tagmanager.edit.containerversions,tagmanager.publish— at your request, create and publish conversion and analytics tags.openid · email · profile— sign you in and identify your account.
3. Meta data and permissions
For Meta we request ads_read, ads_management, pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement to read your ad accounts, create and manage campaigns you approve, and select the Facebook Page your ads run from.
4. How we use information
We use your information only to provide the Service: to retrieve and analyze your data, generate recommendations and apply changes you approve. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
5. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
adgensy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data obtained from Google APIs is not read by humans except for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or with your explicit consent, and is not treated as a transferable or saleable asset.
6. AI assistants you connect
When you connect adgensy to a third-party AI assistant such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI), the data your assistant requests through adgensy is sent to that assistant so it can answer you. That provider processes it under its own terms and privacy policy, as part of the account you hold with them. You choose which assistants to connect and can disconnect them at any time.
The adgensy built-in assistant uses Anthropic's API to process the parts of your data needed to answer your request. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
7. Storage and security
- OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
- Advertising performance data is fetched live and is not stored permanently.
- If you start the free Google Ads audit, connecting Google Ads also signs you up: we receive your Google email address with the same consent and create your adgensy account with it.
- We run on reputable infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for the database).
- Access is limited to the minimum scope needed to provide the Service.
8. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure and processing providers listed above, with the AI assistants you choose to connect, and with authorities when required by law.
9. Revoking access and deleting data
You can disconnect any platform or AI assistant from the Accounts page at any time; the related tokens are deleted. You can also remove adgensy from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from Meta under Settings → Business Integrations. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below.
10. Cookies
We use cookies required for sign-in, security and remembering your preferences (such as interface language).
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date when we do.
